Creates an empty training data struct.

num_data: The number of training data
num_input: The number of inputs per training data
num_output: The number of ouputs per training data

Rückgabewerte

Gibt bei Erfolg eine Ressource mit Trainingsdaten zurück oder false im Fehlerfall.

Hinweis:
Diese Funktion ist nur verfügbar, wenn die Erweiterung fann mit libfann >= 2.2 kompiliert wurde.
