mb_substr_count — Count the number of substring occurrences

mb_substr_count(string $haystack, string $needle, ?string $encoding = null): int

Counts the number of times the needle substring occurs in the haystack string.

haystack: The string being checked.
needle: The string being found.
encoding: Der Parameter encoding legt die Zeichenkodierung fest. Wird er nicht übergeben, so wird die interne Zeichenkodierung genutzt.

8.0.0	`encoding` ist nun nullable (akzeptiert den `null`-Wert).
