readline_read_history(?string $filename = null): bool

Diese Funktion liest eine Kommandozeilen-History aus einer Datei.

Gibt bei Erfolg true zurück. Bei einem Fehler wird false zurückgegeben.

Note that the first line in the history file must contain the string: _HiStOrY_V2_Else it wont work.
