grapheme_stristrReturns part of haystack string from the first occurrence of case-insensitive needle to the end of haystack

Description

Procedural style

grapheme_stristr(string $haystack, string $needle, bool $beforeNeedle = false): string|false

Returns part of haystack string starting from and including the first occurrence of case-insensitive needle to the end of haystack.

Parameters

haystack

The input string. Must be valid UTF-8.

needle

The string to look for. Must be valid UTF-8.

beforeNeedle

If true, grapheme_stristr() returns the part of the haystack before the first occurrence of the needle (excluding needle).

Return Values

Returns the portion of haystack, or false if needle is not found.
