MongoDB\Driver\WriteConcern::getWtimeout — Returns the WriteConcern's "wtimeout" option
This function has no parameters.
Returns the WriteConcern's "wtimeout" option.

value if it exceeds the 32-bit range. In that case, a warning will be
emitted.
