ReflectionProperty::__construct — ReflectionProperty オブジェクトを作成する
classリフレクションするクラス、またはオブジェクトの名前を含む文字列。
property調べたいプロパティの名前。
private あるいは protected なプロパティの値を取得あるいは設定しようとすると、 例外がスローされます。
