XMLReader::fromUri — Creates an XMLReader from a URI to read from

public static XMLReader::fromUri(string $uri, ?string $encoding = null, int $flags = 0): static

Creates an XMLReader from a URI to read from.

参数

uri: URI pointing to the document.
encoding: The document encoding or null.
flags: A bitmask of the LIBXML_* constants.

返回值

Returns an XMLReader.

错误／异常

Passing an invalid encoding will throw a ValueError.
