Writes a full attribute.
xmlwriter仅用于过程调用。被修改的 XMLWriter 实例对象。此资源来自于对 xmlwriter_open_uri() 或 xmlwriter_open_memory() 的调用。
nameThe name of the attribute.
valueThe value of the attribute.
示例 #1 Intermixing Sub-elements and Attributes
If writing sub-elements and attributes is intermixed, any attempt to write attributes after the first sub-element will fail and return false.
